Order Cancellation
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- Eligibility: You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Refund Policy

- Damaged Products: Refunds are only issued for products that are received in a damaged condition. You must report any damages within 5 working days of receiving the product.

- Packing the Item: Pack the damaged product securely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and documentation.
- Shipping the Return: Follow the instructions provided by our customer support team for shipping the return. Please include the Return Authorization Number (RAN) in the package.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the damage. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.
4. Refund Method:
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Important Notes
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refund, including products not received in a damaged condition, items without a valid proof of purchase, and items returned without prior authorization or a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for the return of a damaged product will be covered by Local Galli.
